Another "tasting trip" took place at the Biologist winery. We were visited by wonderful restaurateurs Anna Gontaruk and Evgeniy Gontaruk, who are introducing a new gastronomy, namely the consumption of snails and prosciutto in the restaurants Ulitka bar and Prosciutteria Wine and Deli
